Ordering

Do you supply fabric samples?

Yes, sample swatches can be ordered on each fabric product’s page. Samples cost £3 including UK delivery.

Samples are a small cutting of the actual fabric/cloth (enough to give a true representation of colour, texture, pattern, weight and handling characteristics) and may vary in size.

What if the item I would like is listed as 'Out of Stock'?

Any item shown as ‘Out of Stock’ online may still be available in our warehouses. Please contact our Customer Service team to check availability.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Delta, Maestro, Electron and PayPal.

For B2B customers we can provide business bank details for direct bank transfers.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Currently, we only accept orders in Pounds Sterling.

Postage & Delivery

Can I collect my order from you to save postage?

Unfortunately, we are not providing fulfillment from our office. Our logistic warehouses are based in two different locations without permission for visiting clients.

Do you post internationally?

Yes, we post to most countries in the world. Please use the postage estimator in the basket to view pricing.

How can I track my order?

Most orders will be sent via tracked FedEx or UPS services.
Fabric swatch samples will be sent by Royal Mail letter.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, a signature is required to confirm acceptance of delivery made by our chosen courier, FedEx or UPS.

Why have I received my order in two separate packages?

If a customer order is made-up of products from more than one supplier or manufacturer, or if there is a delay in sending part of an order, it may be necessary to send the order in more than one package.

Only a single delivery charge will be due in these circumstances.

How will my order be packed?

Fabrics and/or trimmings will be individually packed in a secure bag and will then be placed inside a Bagley & Son packaging bag or box, which will be placed inside a delivery bag.

Each item will be inspected by a member of the Bagley & Son or supplier Quality Control Team, before it is packaged and sent out for delivery. Certain items may be packed in original suppliers boxes and labels to provide the best quality customer service for the brand.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange/return an item?

Non-fabric items may be returned in accordance with our terms.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return or exchange fabrics or trimmings that have been ordered and cut to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long will my refund take?

You will be refunded within 30 working days.

You are responsible for the safe return of goods to us.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we do not sell information to any third parties; we do not store any payment card details on our system and no customer password information is sent to us.
